Job Description
We are hiring 3 Clinical Specialists to join our team as part of our business expansion plans.
Main Responsibilities :
Follow up with doctors after Medical Education/Workshops
Follow up with doctors after they had attended workshops by educating them on MD codes injection points and anatomy by using our visual materials.
Answer all unclear points on anatomy and injection techniques to the trainees as well as recommend on the appropriate Allergan product for each area to optimize patient outcomes.
Measuring and evaluating injection knowledge of each doctor and report to team to recommend action plans for follow up.
Recommend to the team on the necessary skills to be developed for individual doctors.
Collaboration on trainer development programme
Work closely with AMI Manager and Product Manager to develop trainer development plan and their training needs.
Maintain current knowledge of current and future Allergan products
Maintains an indepth understanding of current and future Allergan products relevant to Aesthetics.
Maintains a broad knowledge of relevant competitor current products and pipeline products.
Help in training team on anatomy parts and injection techniques
Qualifications :
Education and Experience
Sciencebased background preferably in Nursing
Experience in the pharmaceutical & device industry and/or fields related to training.
Experience in Facial Aesthetic field is preferable
Solid understanding of facial anatomy is preferable
Essential Skills Experience and Competencies (includes Licenses Credentials)
Able to understand the clinical and scientific aspects of Aesthetics
Comfortable discussing scientific data and clinical techniques with senior clinicians and colleagues
Good problemsolving skills
Good communication
Good interpersonal skills
