Job Description
Job Overview
- To lead and supervise a team to meet production target and delivery.
- To identify and resolve production issues to minimize downtime.
- To collaborate with other departments to optimize workflows.
- To train and develop production staff to enhance skills and efficiency.
- To track and report on production KPIs for continuous improvement.
Job Description
- To lead and supervise a team of operators and technician on the production line.
- To perform Daily Leadership Routine (DLR) meeting with respective team.
- To perform eLPC every first day of shift.
- To lead daily handshake meeting with other shift.
- To ensure all team members are trained according to work instruction.
- To monitor the flow of production to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- To communicatie with other department (Logistic Equipment Engineer Products Engineer and etc) and coordinate production needs.
- Identify area for process improvement to increase productivity.
- Trigger technicians/engineers in the event of nonconformities are found.
Qualifications :
- At least 5 to 10 years of working experience in the manufacturing environment in production environment
- Diploma qualification is a must preferably in Electrical & Electronics or Semiconductors production
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams.
- Ability to resolve conflicts and foster a positive work environment.
- Demonstrate Teamoriented approach to encourage cooperation and motivation.
- Possess Indepth knowledge of production processes and quality standards.
- Proficiency in production management software and data analysis tools.
- Understanding of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Ability to lead motivate and develop a highperforming team.
- Strong decisionmaking skills to manage production challenges effectively.
- Capability to delegate tasks efficiently while maintaining accountability.
- Proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Adaptability to changing priorities in a dynamic production environment.
- Focus on efficiency and costeffectiveness to enhance operational performance.
