Job Description

Job Overview

  • To lead and supervise a team to meet production target and delivery.
  • To identify and resolve production issues to minimize downtime.
  • To collaborate with other departments to optimize workflows.
  • To train and develop production staff to enhance skills and efficiency.
  • To track and report on production KPIs for continuous improvement.

Job Description

  • To lead and supervise a team of operators and technician on the production line.
  • To perform Daily Leadership Routine (DLR) meeting with respective team.
  • To perform eLPC every first day of shift.
  • To lead daily handshake meeting with other shift.
  • To ensure all team members are trained according to work instruction.
  • To monitor the flow of production to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • To communicatie with other department (Logistic Equipment Engineer Products Engineer and etc) and coordinate production needs.
  • Identify area for process improvement to increase productivity.
  • Trigger technicians/engineers in the event of nonconformities are found.

Qualifications :

  • At least 5 to 10 years of working experience in the manufacturing environment in production environment
  • Diploma qualification is a must preferably in Electrical & Electronics or Semiconductors production
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams.
  • Ability to resolve conflicts and foster a positive work environment.
  • Demonstrate Teamoriented approach to encourage cooperation and motivation.
  • Possess Indepth knowledge of production processes and quality standards.
  • Proficiency in production management software and data analysis tools.
  • Understanding of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Ability to lead motivate and develop a highperforming team.
  • Strong decisionmaking skills to manage production challenges effectively.
  • Capability to delegate tasks efficiently while maintaining accountability.
  • Proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements.
  • Adaptability to changing priorities in a dynamic production environment.
  • Focus on efficiency and costeffectiveness to enhance operational performance.
