Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Group Accounting Manager to join our dynamic finance team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing the financial operations of the Rotork Group ensuring accuracy compliance and efficiency in all accounting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the preparation and consolidation of financial statements for the Rotork Group.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and UK GAAP requirements.
- Manage the monthend and yearend closing processes.
- Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit processes.
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.
- Lead on all technical accounting matters.
- Develop the Group control environment.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decisionmaking.
Qualifications :
- Qualified accountant.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
