Job Description
Job Title: Senior Electrical Engineer
Location: Gloucestershire (onsite 5 days per week)
Employment Type: Fulltime Permanent

Youll be embedded within a fastpaced programme solving critical challenges in power distribution thermal management EWIS and fuel cell integration. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver aircraft electrical systems design and integration from concept to test with a focus on low and high voltage systems.
- Support test asset development and provide electrical troubleshooting on aircraft systems using diagnostic tools.
- Drive the creation of internal design standards for novel propulsion systems including Hydrogen Fuel Supplies and Fuel Cell Powertrains.
- Conduct and support ARP4754B / ARP4761based safety assessments validation activities and systemlevel analyses.
- Prepare and maintain schematics diagrams drawings and supporting documentation in accordance with industry standards.
- Collaborate across engineering teams to deliver modifications repairs and EWIS development in alignment with certification requirements.
Qualifications :
Essential Skills & Experience
- Bachelors degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a relevant field.
- 5 years in aerospace electrical engineering with experience in aircraft modifications and electrical installations.
- Proficient in CAD tools such as Siemens NX Capital Systems and Teamcenter.
- Strong knowledge of aircraft systems architecture wiring standards and EWIS design.
- Experience preparing technical documentation including System & Equipment Description Reports.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks including ARP4754B ARP4761 and DO160.
Desirable
- Experience with hydrogen systems fuel cell technology or hybridelectric propulsion is highly advantageous.
- Background in developing internal engineering processes or ways of working for emerging technologies.
- Ability to operate crossfunctionally in R&D and certificationdriven environments.
