You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a versatile and detailoriented Specialist Learning Partner to design develop and deliver scalable interactive learning experiences for our global Finance Revenue Operations and GTM teams. This role combines learning operations with content development and instructional design making you central to building engaging technical learning solutions tailored to tools like Deal Hub Chargebee Lighthouse Xactly Salesforce CPQ behavioural learning solutions and others.
You will manage endtoend training develop digital learning assets and measure impactall while collaborating closely with SMEs PMO and enablement teams across geographies.
Design SCORMcompliant microlearning modules using tools like Articulate Rise Vyond Camtasia Iorad and Canva
Develop process simulations and quickreference playbooks for Business Desk (Deals Desk Order Management Billing) Commissions and AR teams.
Convert complex workflows into visual stories using the Adobe Creative Suite (videos infographics interactive flowcharts).
Build technical and behavioural microlessons that support JustInTime learning.
Ensure all learning assets are WCAG 2.1 AA compliant (e.g. closed captions alt text).
Schedule and coordinate training across time zones with 100 calendar adherence.
Manage LMS operations (experience in Workday Learning Seismic or Mindtickle) including course uploads user access and troubleshooting.
Track participation completions and CSAT.
Publish impact dashboards via Power BI and Excel measuring learning effectiveness tool adoption and skill enhancements.
Collaborate with SMEs and enablement teams to cocreate dynamic content and standardize reusable templates in Canva or Figma to reduce production time by 30.
Organize Ask Us Anything sessionsgather FAQs manage logistics and update Confluence with learnings.
Create and distribute communication plans via MS Teams and Email for training rollouts and tool/process updates.
Support the PMO team in documenting project timelines change management notes and stakeholder action plans.
Budget & Engagement Program Support Track and forecast quarterly L&D and engagement budgets; report variances to Finance leadership.
Administer ESAT raffle awards and employee recognition logistics in collaboration with the AP team.
Qualifications :
Degree in Business HR Design Psychology Education or related field.
4 years of experience in Learning & Development instructional design or enablement for SaaS or Finance/GTM teams.
Strong command of tools: Articulate Vyond Canva Adobe Suite LMS platforms (Workday Seismic Mindtickle) Power BI and Excel.
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) and strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects across time zones.
GoodtoHave:
Project management certification or familiarity with PM tools (e.g. Asana Trello).
Prior exposure to Revenue Ops workflows (Order Management Deal Desk Billing AR Commissions).
Knowledge of adult learning principles and experience building for diverse learning styles and global learners.
Graphic design experience (Canva PowerPoint elearning tools like Articulate Camtasia Adobe Suite).
