Job Description
We are seeking a visionary and experienced Principal Engineer to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru India. As a Principal Engineer you will play a crucial role in shaping the technical direction of our organization leading complex projects and mentoring other engineers.
- Architect and design scalable highperformance software systems
- Lead the development of complex largescale projects from conception to deployment
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define and implement innovative solutions
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams
- Establish best practices coding standards and architectural guidelines
- Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality across projects
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve our tech stack
- Participate in strategic planning and decisionmaking processes
- Drive continuous improvement in engineering processes and methodologies
- Represent the engineering team in highlevel discussions with stakeholders
Qualifications :
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or related field
- 14 years of software engineering experience with at least 6 years in a senior technical leadership role
- Extensive experience with advanced programming languages such as Java or Python.
- Proven expertise in cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure GCP) and microservices architecture
- Strong background in distributed systems system design and scalability solutions
- Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver largescale complex projects
- Proficiency in DevOps practices and Agile methodologies
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Track record of mentoring and developing engineering talent
- Deep understanding of software engineering principles and best practices
- Expertise in system architecture and design patterns
- Knowledge of emerging technologies and industry trends
- Relevant technical certifications (e.g. AWS Certified Solutions Architect Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect) are a plus
