Job Description

What youll do:
You may work in a variety of our food and beverage outlets providing exceptional service with a warm welcome. Youll treat our guests and customers as individuals offering tailored options and solutions with a resilient and cando attitude. On a daily basis you will:
- Undertake general waiting and service duties of food and beverages.
- Ensure accurate processing of dockets including cashiering duties.
- Setup and reset restaurants and specific conference & function activities as required.
Were interested in fine dining wait staff as well as skilled baristas and bartenders! Our Team host private wine tastings for our guests strong wine knowledge is a must!
What youll bring:
- Food and beverage service experience with a passion for great food showcasing local produce
- Strong bar cocktail and mixology experience
- Barista skills (ability to manage high number of orders in a short window)
- A vibrant attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a busy team
- Genuine interest and knowledge of beverage products such as spirits beer and wine.
- A reputation for providing excellent customer service engaging in great conversations with our guests
- Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
- Possess a Do Food Safely Certificate of completion
- Australian drivers license
- Flexible attitude to work hours over a 7 day roster including weekends and public holidays
