- Manage various enterprise applications ensuring their high availability
- Manage Incidents Requests and Changes as required and within SLA
- Perform analyses on software application functionality and suggest improvements
- Support day to day Incident/Request management for internal systems
- Ensure security and efficiency of IT applications
- Upgrade systems with new releases
- Oversee installation and maintenance of software applications
- Establish the root causes of application errors and escalate serious concerns to direct manager
- Keep a record of configuration changes and schedule application updates
- Provide frontend support to clients and colleagues in other departments
- Document processes and monitor application performance metrics
- Perform additional relevant tasks as assigned by the direct manager
- Perform oncall duties
Qualifications :

- Hold a bachelors degree in software engineering computer science information technology information systems computer engineering or have equivalent work experience
- Are proficient with Microsoftbased applications (e.g. IIS/.NET SharePoint Online)
- Have a superior understanding of Active Directory EntraID and Windows operating systems
- Have experience with virtualization onprem and cloud (VMWare)
- Have experience with Azure
- Are skilled in scripting with PowerShell
- Have general experience supporting HTTPbased applications
- Have a good understanding of DNS TCP/IP networking
- Have experience with Microsoft Public Key Infrastructure ecosystem
- Are resourceful and possess a problemsolving attitude
- Can keep up with innovation in application design
- Demonstrate independence selfmotivation flexibility and adaptability
- Have strong analytical skills attention to detail and highquality standards
- Can prioritize and manage your workload respect deadlines and take ownership of tasks
- Can work under pressure and have exceptional communication skills
