About the Role:
As a School Psychologist you ll play an integral role in promoting student wellbeing. You ll conduct comprehensive evaluations provide individualized and group counseling and collaborate with educators and families to implement effective datadriven strategies. Your work will help build a foundation for student growth and longterm success.
What You ll Do:
- Conduct assessments to identify student needs and guide interventions.
- Contribute to the creation and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Stay informed on emerging research and best practices in school psychology.
- Track progress and adjust support plans to align with student development.
- Participate in teambased meetings to drive studentcentered planning.
- Partner with teachers families and school personnel to promote a positive engaging learning environment.
- Deliver counseling services to support students navigating academic emotional and behavioral challenges.
Requirements
Applicants must hold a Master s Degree in School or Educational Psychology and possess a valid school psychology license in Illinois. Candidates should have or be eligible to apply for the Illinois Department of Education endorsement in School Psychology.
