We are seeking a professional organized and welcoming Front Office Administrator to manage our reception area and provide administrative support across the organization. As the first point of contact for our company you will represent the company with a friendly attitude and efficient service.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
Answer screen and forward incoming calls and emails.
Manage front office operations including maintaining the working area s cleanliness and supervise housekeeping during weekly deep cleaning
Manage meeting room bookings and arranging meeting room with necessary facilities with the help of housekeeping.
Handle incoming and outgoing couriers deliveries and maintain the register up to date.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed (Stationery Joining Kit Business Cards and ID cards)
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing data entry and documentation.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other facility management services.
Provide general support to visitors and staff.
Uphold security by following procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
Support HR department with onboarding tasks or events coordination.
Handle Travel desk requests like Air/Bus/Train and hotel bookings in different
locations.
Requirements:
Proven 12 years work experience as a Receptionist Front Office Representative or similar role.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel Outlook).
Professional attitude and appearance.
Solid written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
