Job Description
Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a Senior Chef de Partie for a prestigious luxury property group based in Hazyview. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and experienced culinary professional to join a highperforming kitchen team and contribute to delivering toptier dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and present highquality dishes within the assigned section
Assist the Sous Chef and Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations
Ensure all food preparation meets company standards and guest expectations
Monitor portion control waste reduction and food cost management
Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in all kitchen areas
Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and seasonal offerings
Supervise and train junior kitchen staff when required
Assist with stock rotation ordering and inventory management
Adhere to health and safety regulations and food safety standards
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role in a professional kitchen
Relevant culinary qualification or certification preferred
Strong knowledge of food preparation presentation and kitchen operations
Ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Hazyview area (liveout position)
