Client : Health Wellness & Fitness
Salary : 1000 USD/month 13th month pay included.
Holiday : Philippines holidays.
Working Hours :

Monday Thursday 9 hours/day): 11:00 AM 8:00 PM EST

Friday 4 hours/day): 12:00 PM 4:00 PM EST
About the Job: The Inbound Sales Specialist/ Inbound Patient Coordinator will promptly call inbound leads within one minute of their form submissions on our website ensuring maximum engagement and conversion potential.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Immediately call inbound leads within one minute of their form submission to the Clients website.

Engage leads effectively qualifying their interest and readiness based on provided scripts and qualification criteria.

Schedule qualified leads for appointments with our clinical team.

Make timely appointment reminder calls to leads who have scheduled appointments.

Maintain accurate records of all interactions and outcomes in Google Sheets and RingCentral.

Additional adhoc assignments as required.
Qualifications:
-
At least 3 years of customer service sales or related experience with a company.

Exceptional verbal communication skills and confident phone presence.

Fluent in English (written and spoken) with strong interpersonal skills.
