This customer service position earns a competitive salary of $75000/year plus a generous commissionbased structure.

DAYTODAY

This fulltime business development role works during the day. This position also includes 510 travel to trade shows and client businesses with 1 week of onsite training per year.

As an HCM Software Sales Executive with our technology company you take charge of overseeing and executing all aspects of the sales cycle. You thrive on selfgenerating leads qualifying prospects identifying client needs closing sales and ensuring a smooth transition from the initial engagement to the successful onboarding stage. You are always on the lookout for opportunities to develop new leads and schedule appointments to present our software and services to clients in person. Your passion for account management shines through in every inperson meeting where you prepare and present proposals that convert leads into new business deals.

On top of that you are an expert in closing sales and transitioning new clients to the final step of onboarding. You go the extra mile by conducting followup interviews with new clients to ensure they are completely satisfied with our services and answer any questions they may have about our software. You exceed expectations while having the opportunity to work in a business development position. REQUIREMENTS FOR AN HCM SOFTWARE SALES EXECUTIVE

  • 2 years of proven sales experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent customer service and presentation skills
  • Strong business development acumen
