Job Description

Leader Automotive Group is a wholly owned subsidiary of AutoCanada a publicly traded company. Leader Automotive is AutoCanadas first footprint into the U.S. market and we currently have 10dealerships consisting of 23different franchises and over 900employees. We have a strong presence in the Chicagoland area with 8dealerships and 2 more located in central Illinois. We are searching for talented individuals as we begin a new and exciting legacy into the U.S. market.

We are currentlysearching for an experienced and customer service driven parts counter person to join our team at our Toyota of Lincolnwood dealership. This is our highest volume store which makes this an ideal opportunity for the right candidate. You would be joining an experienced team and an exciting and growing organization.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for selling various automotive parts and company products via face to face with customers and technicians and inbound/outbound phone calls
  • Generate revenue by selling and promoting sales of automotive parts and existing products.
  • Assist walkin customers with sales and services and respond to questions about pricing and arrival times.
  • Process and review orders for correct handling pricing quantities and shipping data.
  • Directly receive and process payment from walkin customers.
  • Monitor parts inventory to insure minimum stocking levels.
  • Assist with daily housekeeping duties.
  • Assume other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Familiarity with in house DMS systems.
  • Must be attentive to detail and ensure accuracy in work assignments.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with others and be a team player.
  • Must have the flexibility to work variable schedules including weekends.
  • Must be organized and a selfstarter.
  • Familiarity with Reynolds and Reynolds system a plus.
