Job Description
Design and implement maintenance plans and strategies as well as preventative maintenance programmes to ensure optimal functioning of equipment machinery and tooling minimising downtime and maximising productivity. To lead the maintenance team in ensuring the reliability availability and efficiency of plant and equipment assets.
Qualification:
Tertiary qualification in engineering (mechanical electrical or industrial)
Minimum Requirements:
10 years of experience in maintenance management or a related role within a manufacturing environment.
Experience with maintenance planning budgeting and team leadership.
Strong technical analysis and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication interpersonal and customer service skills including written and verbal communication and the ability to facilitate meetings/conversations
