Job Description
Eagle Zip Assistant Manager
High level emotional intelligence
Active in team dynamics conflict prevention/resolution and identifying customer needs

Ability to interact with men and women of all ages and maturity levels of staff/customers
Provide helpful and efficient service and maintain a friendly and cheerful attitude
Become familiar with all materials supplied prior to the camping season
Participate in the specialized program training during the staff training period
Use all safety equipment mandated in your program venue
Check material frequently and communicate equipment concerns and needs
Ensure proper use security and care of program equipment
Fit participants with harnesses and helmet correctly and supervise use of personal protective equipment
Maintain a clean organized inspected neat and safe work area
Other duties or projects as assigned by SBR leadership
Abide by policies and procedure outlined in the SBR staff handbook
18 years of age or older
Preferred: Experience guiding/facilitating and managing others while atheight
Must be comfortable with heights of 6180
Must meet the manufactures requirement for participation including weight requirements (between 50 and 250 pounds).
Ability to use Microsoft Teams daily for work related communication and coordination
Be or become a registered member of Scouting America
Completes contract period with 24 positive experiences
Receive one or more Staff Appreciation Cards from staff or participants
Contribute at least one improvement to the Zip Line program
Provide at least one memorable moment that matters to a participant
Up to 9 hours a day of either standing walking hiking and the ability to lift 75 lbs.
Can pass the physical exam and approved for SBR height and weight requirements HERE
