Key Responsibilities:
This role will manage the onboarding team accountable for reports and analytics recruitment partners contract renewals risk and compliance management for preemployment documents and preemployment medical exams aligned to the companys standards mandated by the government and client requirement and govern internal and external audits.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any related course
- 8 to 10 years of endtoend BPO recruitment experience
- Minimum of 4 years experience handling BPO recruitment onboarding with more than 5 years leadership experience
- Proven background in recruitment analytics reporting and risk and compliance management.
- Amenable to work onsite fulltime in our BGC Taguig office.
- Amendable to work on Graveyard Shift
- Willingness to work on weekends and holidays when business demands.
- Non negotiable audit and compliance experience and willingness to work graveyard shift
- Hiring manager leans more towards onboarding and compliance specific background that is focused on a per tower type of org chart
