Get to Know the Role
You will focus on improving the driver onboarding funnel through data analysis and operational improvement projects to ensure we meet Driver/Delivery Partner activation targets and maintain service quality. You will help identify bottlenecks designing interventions and collaborating with teams to improve conversion. Project management may include process optimization and explore avenues to overcome regulatory hurdles and working with teams. You will report to Assistant Manager Driver Onboarding and based in Petaling Jaya.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Data Analysis:
- You will analyze driver onboarding and activation data to identify trends opportunities and bottlenecks.
- You will develop applicable insights and strategies to improve activation rates.
- You will create dashboards and reports to track activation performance metrics.
- Strategy Development:
- You will design and implement data-driven plans to achieve monthly activation targets.
- You will collaborate with acquisition and product teams to increase driver acquisition funnels.
- You will identify approaches to attract and retain drivers.
- Process Optimization:
- You will improve onboarding processes to enhance efficiency and reduce drop-offs.
- You will monitor and address pain points in the activation journey.
- Performance Tracking:
- You will review activation progress and adjust strategies.
- You will present recommendations to stakeholders.
- Collaboration:
- You will work with teams to align activation strategies with broader company goals.
- You will engage with external partners and vendors to support onboarding initiatives.
- Market Research:
- You will stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies for driver acquisition and activation.
- You will identify opportunities to differentiate and improve activation process
Qualifications :
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- You have 2-3 years experience in the ride-hailing logistics or gig economy industry.
- You have experience in data analysis strategy development and operations management.
- You have proficiency in tools such as Power BI Excel SQLTableau or similar.
- You have mindset with a focus on achieving measurable goals.
