Executive Vice President Investment & Construction
About the Role:
A leading investment and construction firm in the Dominican Republic seeks an Executive Vice President to drive projectfinance strategies oversee full project lifecycles and lead multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities
-
Design & implement financing strategies for largescale infrastructure and construction projects.

Oversee due diligence financial structuring delivery and commissioning.
-
Lead finance engineering legal commercial and construction teams.
-
Build & manage relationships with investors regulators contractors and other stakeholders.
-
Monitor portfolio performance risk metrics and recommend adjustments.
-
Establish internal controls and governance aligned with projectfinance and construction standards.
-
Champion innovation in financial products and construction methodologies.
Requirements & Qualifications
-
Experience: 10 years in investment banking or project finance for construction/civil works.
-
Education: Masters in Finance Economics Civil Engineering or MBA (projectfinance focus).

Languages: Fluent Spanish & English for executive negotiations.

Technical: Expert in projectfinance risk analysis financial modelling and construction regulations.
-
Leadership: Proven track record leading large crossfunctional teams.
-
Analytical: Advanced use of Excel Power BI or similar for datadriven decisions.
-
Ethics: Highest integrity transparency and regulatory compliance.
