Job Description:
Gear Inc is seeking a QA (Quality Analyst) Officer for our Moderation teams on a full time basis. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the implementation and efficiency of quality.
Main Responsibilities:
Review the implementation & efficiency of quality and inspection systems;
Plan conduct & monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure the qualitys product;
Investigate customers claims and nonconformance issues;
Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality systems;
Develop recommend and monitor corrective and preventative actions;
Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective action.
Job Requirement:
- Proficient in English particularly in reading and understanding the requirements of foreign clients;
- Knowledgeable in the BPO sector for example customer support service analysis and call center operations;
Prior experience or skills related to Quality Assurance are preferable;
Be detail oriented with strong analytical skills;
Proficient skills with MS Office and Google Drive;
Willingness to handle multiproject;
Have good communication skills is an advantage;
Able to work on Holidays is preferable.
- Personal traits and selfmanagement skills are required to manage unique risks and a fast pace work environment within the Content Moderation industry. Candidates may potentially be exposed to harmful content.

Working time:
5 days per week amounting to 40 hours (MondaySunday) arranged by the company.
The detailed working hour for each shift is as follows:
- Shift 1: 9:00 a.m 6:00 p.m;
- Shift 2: 2:00 p.m 10:00 p.m;
Require to work at least 12 shift 2/ week
Able to work during Vietnamese Public Holidays as requested (New Year Lunar New Year Independence Day etc.
Working Location: Hai Ba Trung Ha Noi.
