SUMMARY:
- The Senior Systems Analyst will lead the expansion of standard processes in IQMS ERP (now called DELMIAworks) and related applications to scale business operations improve existing practices and address new business requirements.
- This role requires a deep working knowledge and understanding of core business systems including but not limited to IQMS and/or Oracle.
- Knowledge of all areas covered by the ERP system is required including manufacturing planning purchasing finance reporting etc.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform systems setups and configurations to support business operations.
- Design and develop Crystal Reports for various business needs.
- Generate and analyze reports to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Implement and support IQMS applications and solutions.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly.
- Ensure data integrity and security across all systems.
- Travel up to 25 to various locations as needed for project implementation and support.
- Lead the development and implementation of various ERP modules in consultation with business leaders from manufacturing operations quality finance and supply chain.
- Ensure delivery of key business systems projects within scope schedule and budget including handson technical abilities.
- Gather analyze and document functional/technical requirements for new projects and enhancements to existing solutions.
- Create manage and perform systemtesting activities for releases and upgrades.
- Research production system issues resolve user problems and escalate when necessary.
- Perform application and processspecific training activities to educate technical and nontechnical users about the solutions you configure and support.
- Document system configurations and system application test protocols in support of quality compliance validation.
- Establish standards for the use of IQMS within the business.
- Prioritize enhancement requests.
- Provide recommendations for version control and upgrades.
- Work with business stakeholders to leverage ERP capabilities to drive efficiencies and accurate reporting.
- Coordinate with the IT Infrastructure team and outside vendors to ensure high reliability of ERP systems in a 24x7 manufacturing environment.
- Interact regularly with shared services and operations leadership to ensure alignment of business applications roadmap with business strategy.
- Evaluate and possibly implement related and supporting ERP systems (i.e. reporting packages Business Intelligence tools etc..
- Other duties as assigned.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Regularly required to sit stand bend reach and move about the facility; some light lifting possible.
REQUIREMENTS QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree in information technology Computer Science or a related field.
- 3 years of experience with IQMS and Crystal Reports.
- Strong understanding of systems setups and configurations.
- Proficient in designing and developing Crystal Reports.
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 25.
- Solid experience delivering and implementing ERP solutions across multisite manufacturing organizations.
- Extensive experience implementing and supporting IQMS.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations.
- Strong skills with SQL and Crystal Reports required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate complex ideas concisely to a variety of stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects and initiatives with minimal oversight.
- Selfmotivated organized accurate and detailoriented with a strong sense of urgency.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in the manufacturing industry particularly in plastics manufacturing.
- Experience with other reporting tools and ERP systems.
- Experience in multiERP environments.
- Experience with IT integration of acquired companies.
- Experience implementing quality management systems.

- 3 years of indepth experience with IQMS/DELMIAworks across various modules.
- Handson configuration and implementation experience with IQMS/DELMIAworks.
- Strong experience in designing and developing Crystal Reports.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to interact with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Solid experience working in manufacturing environments.
Nice to have:
- Experience working in plastics manufacturing industries.
- Familiarity with multiple ERP systems and multiERP environments.
- Experience with other reporting tools and business intelligence systems.
- Experience in IT integrations of acquired companies.

Additional information:
- The role is based in Boyertown PA and requires 3 days onsite (Tuesday Wednesday Thursday).
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 25 12 times every 2 months).
- The position offers a competitive salary with no bonus and limited relocation assistance provided (case by case).
- The candidate will report to the Director of IT. It is a small team of 5 (including HM) and may interact with senior leadership for project alignment.
