We are looking for a Frenchspeaking Content Review Analyst to join our team in Barcelona. As a Content Review Analyst you will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing usergenerated content to ensure it aligns with our platforms community guidelines standards and legal requirements. You will play an essential role in maintaining the safety and quality of the content on the platform while providing a positive user experience.
This position offers a flexible hybrid work model allowing you to work both onsite and remotely giving you the freedom to choose the working style that best suits you.
Review and analyze Frenchlanguage content (text images videos etc. to ensure compliance with platform guidelines
Enforce platform policies identifying content that violates community standards including offensive inappropriate or harmful content
Evaluate and moderate a wide range of content types across various platforms and channels
Ensure accurate documentation of flagged content including detailed descriptions and reasons for removal
Investigate and address reported issues such as abuse harassment hate speech and inappropriate content
Provide feedback on recurring content issues trends or potential platform improvements
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (Legal Trust & Safety Customer Support) to address user concerns and enhance platform policies
Participate in the development of content review guidelines and internal best practices
Stay up to date with legal and regulatory changes that could impact content moderation policies and practices
Assist in training new team members and provide ongoing guidance to improve content review accuracy and efficiency
Fluent in French (spoken and written)
Good command of English (spoken and written)
Previous experience in content review content moderation or similar roles is preferred
Strong attention to detail and the ability to assess content objectively
Familiarity with community guidelines online safety and legal compliance
Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining accuracy and quality standards
Strong problemsolving and critical thinking skills
Experience with content management or moderation tools (e.g. Zendesk ServiceNow or similar platforms)
Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive issues professionally
Proactive and adaptable with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team
