Role and responsibilities: Responsibility is to create and maintain the corporate standard on CGI members devices. Supporting the regional groups for the requirements of the corporate standard and local SBU/BU.

Windows update Management (Intune)
Windows update for business Update Rings Management
Windows update Configuration (Driver Firmware Patches Reboot)
Windows update Configuration Feature Upgrades Management
Device Management (MECM)
Windows Enterprise Image management (Base OS used for Recovery)
MECM client Settings (Software Center Configuration Manager)
MECM platform Management
Requests management for collections
Distribution points and DP Groups
Boundaries/Boundaries groups

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Operations
