Job Description

Job Title: Italian Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Location: Barcelona Spain
Work Type: Onsite / Hybrid
Employment Type: Fulltime

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and customeroriented Italian Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Barcelona. As the first point of contact for our Italianspeaking customers youll be responsible for delivering outstanding service and supportwhether its solving problems providing product information or ensuring a seamless customer experience.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people has strong communication skills and thrives in a dynamic multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone email and chat in Italian (and English when required)

  • Provide accurate information about products services policies and procedures

  • Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently ensuring customer satisfaction

  • Maintain uptodate knowledge of products and services

  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary

  • Document customer interactions in the CRM system

  • Meet individual and team KPIs related to customer service and quality

  • Participate in ongoing training sessions and team meetings

Requirements:

  • Nativelevel fluency in Italian (spoken and written)

  • Proficient in English (B2 level or above)

  • Prior experience in a customer service or support role is a plus

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Problemsolving attitude with a customerfirst mindset

  • Comfortable working in a fastpaced multicultural environment

  • Good computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
