Job Description
Position: Factory Manager
Salary Range: USD
Location: Hung Yen
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Directed and oversaw all factory operations to consistently achieve production targets and uphold quality standards.
- Developed and executed strategic production plans optimizing efficiency and minimizing operational downtime.
- Ensured full compliance with safety regulations while promoting a culture of workplace safety.
- Tracked and analyzed key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborated with crossfunctional departments to resolve operational challenges and enhance workflow integration.
- Managed budgets and allocated resources effectively ensuring cost efficiency and operational sustainability.
- Championed continuous improvement initiatives incorporating lean manufacturing techniques to drive productivity gains.
- Recruited trained and led a highperforming team fostering professional development and employee engagement.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 4045 years old.
- Bachelors Degree
- Minimum of 5 years experience in factory or plant management ideally within the automotive manufacturing sector.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Manufacturing Industrial Management or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated expertise in production planning process optimization project management customer service and operational oversight.
- Indepth knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement strategies (e.g. Kaizen Six Sigma).
- Good at English
- Proven leadership abilities with a strong track record of managing developing and motivating diverse teams.
- Thorough understanding of workplace safety standards compliance requirements and manufacturing best practices.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and act on production and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and organizational levels.
Working Conditions:
Shuttle bus from Hanoi to factory
Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM)
13th salary month KPI bonus (Bonus 2 times/year 2 months salary each time)
Social Insurance 24/24 Heath Insurance
Annual leave: 12 days per year.
