Compensation: $105000$145000 plus equity. Comprehensive benefits included.
Minimum Experience Required: 24 years of data science experience.
Work Authorization: Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States. We cannot sponsor work visas at this time.

Your Mission: As a MidLevel Data Scientist youll join our data team to solve fascinating problems using advanced analytics and machine learning techniques. Your insights will help shape the future of our products and drive datadriven decisionmaking across the organization.
Responsibilities:
Analyze complex datasets to extract meaningful insights that inform product strategy and development.
Build predictive models and machine learning algorithms to enhance decisionmaking and improve user experiences.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to implement datadriven solutions that address user needs and business goals.
Qualifications:
24 years of data science experience with a strong portfolio of projects that demonstrate your skills.
Proficiency in Python and data science libraries (pandas scikitlearn) to analyze and visualize data effectively.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with deep learning frameworks to enhance model performance and capabilities.
Background in A/B testing and experimentation to validate product hypotheses and drive improvements.
