Job Description
Do you have the expertise and drive to maintain and enhance cuttingedge systems in a worldclass facility
We are seeking an experienced EAI (Electrical Automation and Instrumentation) Engineer to join our team at the customer site in Lucca Italy.
As part of this dynamic role youll report to the Maintenance Manager and contribute directly to ensuring the safe and efficient operation of electrical automation and instrumentation systems at the mill.
Your Key Responsibilities
Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for EAI systems participate in troubleshooting and ensure reliable operation.
Drive system reliability manage lifecycle strategies and develop SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for automation systems.
Work with internal teams external experts and OEM suppliers to enhance system performance and maintain documentation.
Train and coach team members on system maintenance programming and problemsolving.
What Youll Bring
Highlevel qualification in Electrical and Automation Engineer.
Handson expertise in PLC and DCS programming.
Strong understanding of automation hardware/software technical drawings and testing techniques.
Proficiency in both English and Italian is .
A proactive and safetyoriented mindset with excellent teamwork and problemsolving skills.
