Level 3 Nursery Practitioner
Salary: Up to 27000
40 hours per week all year round
Our client is seeking a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their friendly and inclusive team. This wellestablished nursery provides a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can explore learn and develop essential life skills. With a strong focus on playbased learning and childled exploration the setting encourages curiosity and creativity in a safe and supportive space.
As a Nursery Practitioner you will play a key role in shaping young minds working alongside a team of experienced professionals to deliver highquality care and education. What Were Looking For:
- Level 3 in Early Years or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience working in an early years setting
- Good knowledge of the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) framework
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for early childhood education with a commitment to diversity and inclusion
Key Responsibilities:
- Create a warm and inclusive atmosphere for children and their families
- Plan and deliver engaging ageappropriate activities to support childrens development
- Observe and document childrens progress and behaviour keeping parents and guardians informed
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children at all times
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a stimulating and wellorganized learning environment
- Uphold the nurserys policies and procedures promoting diversity equality and inclusion
