About the role
Reporting directly to the Front Office Manager you will provide exceptional service to all our guests. As a Front Office professional you will have the knowledge and experience to guide and assist the Front Office team to excellence whilst maintaining the hotels standards.
About you
- Energy and passion for the Hospitality Industry
- Dynamic individual with an ability to multitask with efficiency
- Confident communicator with the talent to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability and enthusiasm to assist other hotel departments to ensure total guest satisfaction
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- High level of proficiency in MS Office suite
- Excellent time management skills with a strong attention to detail
- Proven ability in RMS property management system preferred
- Previous experience within a similar 5star environment
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts
