In this role you will own the complete product development lifecycle from the initial concept to commercialization ensuring the delivery of industry leading solutions that align with our companys strategic goals and market needs.
10 years of proven experience in the life sciences laboratory robotics or automation industry.
Experience leading teams in product management and development.
Proven record in effectively working with marketing product management and development
Background in robotic automation for Pharma/biopharma markets with handson automation experience or other relevant experience.
Pharma and CRO market knowledge. Preferred experience within a Pharma company or serving Pharma as a client.
Strategic professional capable of turning vision into actionable plans. Proven track record of converting market information into enterpriselevel product strategies.
Strong leadership and ownership behavior.
Effective teamwork and collaboration skills across different functions.
Strong communication skills both written and oral.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in Pennsylvania is $163000.00$220000.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company team and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
