The Associate Director of Admission and Financial Access plays a vital role on the Admission Team and is responsible for collaborating with and assisting Colorado Academys divisional Admission Directors to enhance yield outcomes for compelling applicants and to implement strategies that cultivate prospective students and families who align with identified enrollment goals and programmatic needs. The Associate Director also supports the team with oncampus admission events and represents the school at external recruitment opportunities.
The Associate Director reports to the Director of Admission and Financial Access and approaches enrollment management with a PreK12 lens. Key to this role is the ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders such as the arts and athletics departments and directors of special programs as well as community partners and organizations for the purposes of both recruiting and yielding missionaligned applicants.

Candidates are expected to carry out the mission of Colorado Academy Creating Curious Kind Courageous and Adventurous Learners and Leaders to support the vision of the school. Candidates will be expected to share in the daytoday life of the school community which includes attendance at major school events.
The pay range for this position is $83000 $90000 . Colorado Academy reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range. Any discrepancies that may exist do not relate to sex. The Academy offers an excellent compensation package wideranging opportunities for professional development and an environment notable for its dedicated teaching professionals and supportive administrators.
