What Youll Do:

• Oversee routine testing quality control calibration and proficiency testing all while adhering to CLIA HIPAA and OSHA regulations.

• Ensure that highcomplexity testing is supervised directly maintaining high standards and compliance for every test performed.

• Monitor test analyses and specimen examinations to ensure testing meets the highest performance levels and maintain analytic accuracy.

• Take immediate action when deviations occur ensuring tests are properly functioning before results are reported.

• Provide training and mentorship to laboratory testing personnel ensuring a wellprepared and compliant team.

• Perform annual evaluations of testing staff and maintain proper documentation for continuous improvement.

• Stay on top of all laboratory procedures troubleshooting issues and ensuring a highfunctioning work environment.

What You Bring to the Table:

• B.S. in Biology Clinical Lab Science or a related field.

• At least 1 year of experience in highcomplexity testing in a laboratory setting.

• Experience with Agilent 6460 and ImmTox 270 EIA (preferred).

• Handson experience in toxicology sample prep is a huge plus.

• A passion for quality assurance and team leadership in a fastpaced lab environment.
