Core Responsibilities:
Drive profitability and cashflow through effective supplier negotiations
Manage all supply chain change processes
Elevate our supplier performance and manage supply disruption risk
Keys to Success:
- Proven procurement experience within a fastpaced manufacturing environment.
- Strong negotiation communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical numerically astute with strong problemsolving abilities.
Experience
- Experience in building and maintaining effective and positive relationships with key collaborators and suppliers.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Proven problemsolving abilities.
Knowledge Skills Abilities
- Understanding of supply chain management.
- Computer literate including advanced Excel skills.
- Commercially and financially aware.
Physical Requirements / Work Environment
The position is mainly officecentered with very occasional travel to meet suppliers and collaborators. You can expect to work in a lively and teamfocused setting that requires both individual and collaborative effort.
