  • Join 3 Physicians and 6 Advanced Practice Providers

  • Outpatient only newborn to end of life; OB shared care optional

  • NO CALL!! Flexibility to pickup ER or hospitalist shifts for extra pay!

  • 4day workweek!

  • AI scribe service listens transcribes and drafts notes making charting and documentation tasks quick and easy!

  • Specialists available including general surgery cataract surgery vein procedures (ablation and sclerotherapy) cardiology ENT nephrology OB Shared Care ophthalmology orthopedics neurology pain management plastics podiatry skin cancer screening pain dermatology and weight management.

  • Lab xray ultrasound including Echo pain management OP geriatric psych behavioral health therapy sleep MRI CT mammography surgery nuclear med PT RT OT ST and ER all on site

  • 25bed critical access hospital and primary care clinic that cares for 12000 residents of Hancock County and the surrounding area

  • Level IV Area Trauma Care Facility

  • Affiliate of MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center a Level III Trauma Center and regional referral teaching center

MercyOne Medical Group North Iowa

  • Regional health system covering 15 counties includes MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center eight critical access hospitals and 42 clinics in northern Iowa and southern Minnesota

  • Service area approximately 260000

  • First rural health system to implement a full integrated EMR

  • Telemedicine and teleradiology available

Candidates

  • BC/BE Must be board certified within3 years of becoming eligible

  • EOE/drug screen required

Highly compensated with excellent benefits!

  • $100000 signon bonus

  • $290000 base salary

  • Up to $15000 in moving allowance

  • 34 days of PTO when on base; 40 days PTO when on production

  • Annual CME$4000

QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate of a medical/osteopathic medical school is required. Demonstrated competency as a physician by completion of an appropriate residency program; board certified or board eligible. Must be able to obtain Mercy Medical CenterNorth Iowa medical staff privileges. Above average communication skills. Ability to work with a team. Licensed or eligible for State of Iowaphysician license;Iowa Controlled Substance Certificate and Federal DEA Certificate.
