Key Responsibilities:

- Concept Development: build strong insightdriven ideas that work across formats including 360 campaigns slogans videos naming and unconventional activations.
- Creative Leadership:work with the team to create ideas that are as memorable as the Carpathian Mountains.

- Collaboration:work with art directors designers and strategists to create a perfect blend of copy strategy and visuals.
- Constructive Feedback:feedback isnt just welcome its essential. Use it to sharpen your skills and your copy.
- Attention to detail:projects are your pets now. Nurture them feed them and watch them grow.
- Creative Growth:stay on top of the game. Learn adapt and grow with the industry.
Hard Skills:
- 4 years of experience in the creative industry as a copywriter or creative lead with a proven track record of successful projects for major brands.
- Ability to connect creative thinking with business goals and see the bigger picture across brand ecosystems.
- Thinks in big bold concepts not just clever phrases; builds platforms not just campaigns.
- Capable of inspiring and guiding a team giving clear feedback and elevating ideas through collaboration.
- Takes full charge of projects from ideation to final delivery.
- Successfully manages multiple projects at once ensuring quality attention to detail and timely delivery.
- Fluency in both English and Ukrainian confident in crafting messages and delivering presentations in both languages.
Soft Skills:
- Consistently demonstrates persuasiveness in pitching clarity in discussions and precision in feedback.
- Effectively collaborates within multidisciplinary teams and makes the most of diverse perspectives.
- Adapts quickly to change fastpaced environments and evolving client needs.
- Stays ahead of trends challenges conventions and actively explores new ideas and solutions.
