In this role you will:
Provide system support (maintaining reporting hierarchies loading FX rates creating budget/LE/Capital Plan scenarios etc. for Capital Mosaic a Hyperionbased ERP system.
Serve as the liaison with PGS Digital and manage upgrades identify and implement enhancements to PGSs Capital Management (CPM) system.
Drive the of Global Engineering AI Digital Strategy to help the organization achieve its vision (An AIdriven engineering organization delivering networkwide and sitespecific engineering solutions) and mission (Transform engineering in PGS by embedding AI at its core empowering our engineers to evolve into AIdriven innovators. We will establish virtual AI hubs to deliver seamless engineering solutions across the network).
Make data accessible by creating tools allowing users selfserve access to data along with analytical tools and visualization capability.
Maintain and update inputs for the annual refresh of PGS Maintenance Framework.
Serve as IMEX Champion for the Capital Planning Team.
Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)
Applicant must have a bachelors degree with at least 4 years of
experience; OR a masters degree with at least 2 years of experience; OR a PhD with 0 years of experience; OR as associates degree with 8 years of experience; OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 10 years of relevant experience
Exceptional Microsoft Suite (Excel PowerPoint) skills.
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a crossfunctional team environment
Strategic planning and forecasting skills.
Strong stakeholder management skills.
Effective critical thinking communication (verbal and written) and analytical skills.
Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements):
BS degree in Engineering Computer Science Math Science Finance or another relevant field.
Master of Engineering MBA or another relevant graduate degree.
Working knowledge of Pfizer internal center function groups capital needs and Digital organization.
Understanding of full capital portfolio integration of CPM SAP integrated vs. nonintegrated spends.
Other relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to perform mathematical calculations and ability to perform complex data analysis.

Occasional travel may be required.
