Job Description

The Sales Enablement & Customer Success Manager is a hybrid role responsible for directly managing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction retention and growth while also supporting sales and support teams with the tools insights and resources they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the specialized support for customers who are having issues and not able to be remediated by first line support. Inclusive of guiding them through onboarding adoption and ongoing support to ensure they achieve maximum value from our solutions.
  • Train others internally and externally to be able to troubleshoot and triage.
  • Proactively identify customer needs resolve issues and drive customer satisfaction retention and activation.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to share customer insights identify expansion opportunities and support the sales process with collateral and training.
  • Develop and deliver internal and external training sessions and product demos.
  • Create and maintain customer facing resources and documentation to enhance the customer experience.
  • Be the Voice of Sales and Voice of Merchant collaborate with product to ensure stakeholder needs are being addressed in product feature backlog

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
  • Typically eight to 10 years of relevant experience

Preferred Skills/Experience
  • Experience in a customer success account management or client facing role.
  • Strong communication relationship building and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with sales and crossfunctional teams.
  • Experience delivering presentations training or product demos.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package including incentive and recognition programs equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $111095.00 $130700.00 $143770.00
