Job Description
Microbial Testing: Perform and review microbial limit tests sterility tests endotoxin tests and preservative efficacy tests for raw materials water and finished products.
Environmental Monitoring: Oversee viable and nonviable particulate monitoring surface sampling and compressed air and water monitoring in aseptic areas.
Sterility Assurance: Supervise media preparation growth promotion testing and biological indicator validation for sterilization processes.
Documentation & Compliance: Maintain and review logbooks test reports protocols and trend data in compliance with GMP GLP and data integrity guidelines.
Audit Readiness: Ensure readiness for regulatory audits (USFDA MHRA WHO EUGMP) by maintaining accurate and compliant records.
Deviation & OOS Handling: Investigate OOS results deviations and nonconformances and implement appropriate CAPAs.
Training & Supervision: Train junior microbiology staff and ensure adherence to SOPs aseptic techniques and laboratory safety practices.
