Greenhouse Manufacturer

A locally owned greenhouse manufacturer in Aurora is looking for a Manufacturing Associate to join their team.

This is a fulltime temptohire position that offers excellent benefits upon permanent hire.

Manufacturing Associate Duties:

• Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment and machinery
• Assemble and inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards
• Assist with packaging and shipping of completed products
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment
• Assist with inventory management and material handling

Schedule:

• Day Shift: Monday to Friday 8am5pm 1hour lunch 40 hours/week

Manufacturing Associate Requirements:

• Must know how to read a tape measure and use hand/power tools
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred
• Ability to operate machinery and follow safety guidelines
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to lift and move materials as needed *PHYSICAL*

Pay:

• $18/hour
