An SAP Automation Test Manager is responsible for overseeing the automation testing activities specifically for SAP applications within an organization. This role involves planning executing and managing automated testing efforts to ensure SAP systems function correctly and efficiently.

As a SAP Automation Test Manager in the Managed Services Platform youll work as part of a team of problem solvers helping to solve complex business issues from strategy through and beyond. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this level include but are not limited to:

Qualifications/Skills/Responsibilities:

• Leadership and Team Management:

• Lead and mentor a team of automation testers fostering a collaborative and highperformance work environment.

• Allocate resources and manage the workload to ensure timely delivery of testing activities.

• Automation Testing Strategy:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive automation testing strategy for SAP applications aligning with business and technical requirements.

• Define automation testing goals objectives and key performance indicators.

• Test Planning and Design:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements and translate them into detailed test plans.

• Design and develop automated test scripts using appropriate testing tools and frameworks (e.g. SAP TAO Worksoft Certify Selenium).

• Test and Monitoring:

• Oversee the of automated test scripts ensuring they are conducted according to the test plan and project timelines.

• Monitor test and system performance identifying issues and areas for improvement.

• Analysis and Reporting:

• Analyze automated test results to provide actionable insights and recommendations for system enhancements.

• Prepare and present detailed test reports to stakeholders highlighting key findings and potential risks.

• Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with SAP functional and technical teams to ensure seamless integration of automation testing with SAP projects.

• Communicate effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of testing objectives and outcomes.

• Continuous Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in automation testing.

• Stay updated with the latest automation tools technologies and methodologies.

• Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.

• Proven experience in automation testing with a focus on SAP applications with a minimum of X years in a leadership role.

• Strong understanding of SAP modules and processes.

• Experience with automation testing tools and frameworks (e.g. SAP TAO Worksoft Certify UFT Selenium).

• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fastpaced environment.

• Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.

• Experience

• SAP Expertise:

• Must at least 6 years of extensive experience working with SAP applications including a deep understanding of SAP modules processes and functionalities.

• 5 years Experience with SAPspecific automation tools like Tricentis Tosca SAP Test Acceleration and Optimization (TAO) Worksoft Certifyor similar tools.

• Automation Testing Experience:

• Proven track record in designing developing and executing automated test scripts for SAP applications.

• Familiarity with general automation testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium UFT or others that can be integrated with SAP environments.

• Understanding of automation testing best practices and methodologies.

• Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloudbased SAP solutions (e.g. SAP S/4HANA).

• Familiarity with performance testing tools and methodologies.

• Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g. JavaScript Python) for test automation.

• Certification in SAP or automation testing tools.
