Job Description
LEOMINSTER PUBLIC SCHOOLS
Anticipated paraprofessional positions for Credit Recovery SUMMER SCHOOL
Grades 612
2025
Location: Leominster High School / Samoset Middle School possibly
Positions: MS/HS Paraprofessionals (ELA/Math/Science/SS/content areas)
- Parttime/ Contractual Hourly Rate as of July 1st
- Program runs: June 30th July 2nd / July 7th July 31st (MW first week/MTh last four weeks 7:45am 12:15pm)
** Attendance for all five weeks 19 days) is strongly encouraged **
Responsibilities:
- Provide support for classroom teacher to establish and implement theme based humanities and STEM projectbased activities weekly
- Work with students in small groups and individually
- Maintain daily communication with classroom teacher and parents when necessary regarding student and classroom progress
Report to: OnSite Coordinator and Administrator Renee Kostka Director of Teaching and Learning
