Your role
Ensure a streamlined and smooth monthly Reporting Process Variance and Trend Analysis as well as Management Reporting
Create transparency on the holistic financial performance development to enable and drive fast decision making by providing relevant facts and figures
Establish and maintain efficient reporting relationships with adjacent finance teams and coordinate planning process including Budget and Rolling Forecast activities
Support with the cascading of strategic and midterm targets into financial targets
Prepare decision papers and support the tracking of strategic initiatives
Be the main counterpart to other Group Finance Teams and if applicable support with overarching group finance projects
Your profile
Bachelor or master degree in Finance & Accounting or similar (ACCA CPA etc.
Wellfounded working experience in the area of Finance and Controlling preferably already in a leadership function
Strong knowledge in IFRS and Accounting as well as MIS (Essbase application) and SAP (FI/CO)
Profound experience in Financial Planning Processes combined withgood knowledge of Strategy Development and Strategy Preparation
Strong communication and analytical skills
Fluent in English German is a plus
