Job Description
The role will be responsible for Worldwide Operations Security (WWOS) Global Security Risk & Resilience (GSRR). This role has become increasingly important as global supply chains have become more complex and vulnerable to external disruption. We are looking for an experienced innovative and strategic Business Analyst who will be comfortable diving into complex problems and using data to recommend business decisions.
As a Business Analyst you will be responsible for supporting the longterm planning. This role will be responsible for partnering with multiple stakeholders to forecast the business needs for the next 3 years. A critical part of this role is to develop stable models and to be able to take the stabilized models to the next level from an automation standpoint. This role requires exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with Operations Finance Recruiting and HR stakeholders in a highpressure environment. You will manage a highvisibility program and partner with all levels of leadership to exercise sound judgment where clear guidelines may not exist
Key job responsibilities
Provide data management processes such as accessing raw data feeds building queries and macros writing code organizing data and designing reports that present statusataglance visualization for business performance.
Retrieving and analyzing large sets of data using Excel SQL and other data management systems.
Designing and implementing reporting solutions to enable stakeholders to manage the business and make effective decisions.
Taking ownership of reporting processes to ensure that each report is accurate and timely with a high degree of customer focus in resolving data discrepancies.
Building and managing related key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure control and benchmark reporting processes.
Monitoring existent metrics building new metrics and partnering with internal teams to identify process and system improvement opportunities.
Supporting crossfunctional teams on the daytoday of the existent program implementation.
Generating complex queries to dive deep on process issues

5 years of tax finance or a related analytical field experience
3 years of writing SQL queries and creating business intelligence reports using Tableau Power BI experience
Bachelors degree
Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
Experience with Excel
Experience with SQL
Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders
MBA

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $106400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185000/year in our highest geographic market.
