Salary: $978 $1356 per week
Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Marketing Communications Assistant to join our vibrant team. In this role you will play a crucial part in supporting our marketing efforts by assisting in the development and delivery of various communication materials. As a Marketing Communications Assistant you will engage in a wide range of activities that promote our brand and engage our audience.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials including brochures flyers and newsletters.
- Support the management of social media platforms by creating engaging content and monitoring interactions.
- Coordinate logistics for marketing events including scheduling venue arrangements and attendee communication.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement marketing campaigns that align with organizational goals.
- Conduct market research to gather insights on industry trends and audience preferences.
- Help maintain the marketing database ensuring that contact information is uptodate and segmented appropriately.
Qualifications:
- achelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and digital marketing tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- Experience with social media platforms and content creation.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of graphic design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
