Job Description

Amazons Advertising Trust (AT) organization is seeking a creative and strategic Senior Program Manager to drive orgwide strategic programs and employee experience initiatives. This role will be instrumental in building and maintaining a strong organizational culture driving employee engagement and establishing ATs brand identity across our global team of 1400 employees spanning Operations Engineering Product Data Analytics Science and Ad Policy.
As the Employee Experience & Strategic Programs leader you will develop and execute comprehensive mechanisms and programs that connect our diverse workforce celebrate our successes and drive engagement across all levels of the organization. You will partner closely with AT leadership to craft and deliver compelling narratives that bring our mission and values to life.

Key job responsibilities
Strategic Program Management
Develop and execute strategic planning documents for organizational initiatives changes and achievements
Create and manage the content strategy for leadership and team updates
Partner with AT leadership on executive messaging and presentations
Establish and maintain effective channels for organizational knowledge sharing
Build scalable processes for gathering and sharing team success stories
Work crossfunctionally with Amazon PR and Comms teams to support strategic initiatives

Events & Culture Programs
Design and execute engaging virtual and inperson events that strengthen team culture
Lead planning and of organizational allhands meetings leadership offsites and team building activities
Create innovative recognition programs to celebrate team and individual achievements
Partner with Amazons corporate events team to leverage companywide programs and resources
Develop and manage event budgets and vendor relationships
Coordinate with PR for speaking opportunities and event visibility when appropriate

External Brand & Talent Strategy
Drive ATs external presence strategy in partnership with Amazon PR and Corporate Communications
Manage ATs professional platform presence including LinkedIn
Partner with Recruiting to create compelling employer branding content and career opportunity messaging
Collaborate with PR teams to showcase ATs thought leadership and innovation
Build relationships with internal stakeholders to source and create engaging content
Work with Legal and PR teams to ensure alignment and adherence for external messaging
Support recruitment marketing efforts by partnering with TA teams on employer branding campaigns

Organizational Identity Building
Define and evolve ATs organizational identity and culture narrative
Create branded templates materials and assets for team use
Develop style guides and standards for consistent messaging
Lead initiatives to strengthen team culture and sense of belonging
Partner with Recruiting and HR to develop compelling employee value propositions
Ensure brand consistency across all platforms
Work with PR and Corporate Communications to align ATs identity with Amazons broader brand guidelines

A day in the life
Your morning begins with analyzing organizational effectiveness metrics and employee engagement data identifying trends and opportunities for improvement. Youll then lead the weekly crossfunctional planning meeting with regional leads to align on upcoming programs and lead the global strategy.
Midmorning youll collaborate with the VPs Strategic PM to shape content and themes for the monthly allhands meeting ensuring key business priorities and successes are highlighted effectively. Youll also review team members professional platform content proposals providing guidance on alignment with our external brand strategy.
After lunch youll facilitate a working session with the events team to orchestrate the upcoming Q2 leadership offsite directing the development of strategic objectives agenda planning and program content. Youll then partner with HR leaders to develop implementation plans for several organizational transformation initiatives.
In the afternoon youll lead a creative workshop with team members to gather input on refreshing ATs visual identity and brand guidelines. Youll close out the day by analyzing the results of a recent employee engagement survey and drafting recommendations for new recognition programs.
Throughout the day youll manage timesensitive organizational priorities maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders and ensure all initiatives align with ATs culture and values while meeting Amazons high bar for quality and impact.

5 years of program or project management experience
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience owning program strategy end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
Bachelors degree in Communications Marketing or related field
6 years of professional experience in internal communications employee experience or related field
Experience managing internal communication channels and creating engaging content
Track record of successfully executing largescale employee events
Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellence in written and verbal communication
Experience using data and metrics to measure communication effectiveness
Proven ability to influence and collaborate across organizations

2 years of driving process improvements experience
Masters degree or MBA in business operations human resources adult education organizational development instructional design or related field
Experience in tech industry or advertising technology
Knowledge of Amazons leadership principles and culture
Expertise in digital content creation and social media management
Event planning and management experience
Experience with employee engagement programs
Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite Canva etc.
Understanding of change management principles

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity signon payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
