Brief Statement of Duties |
Brief Statement of Duties: | Under routine supervision provide skills and perform a variety of duties necessary to engage in the service to customers at Starbucks banquets and catering and retail operations. Prepare and sell various beverages food and retail items while providing excellent customer service and maintaining store standards. Perform similar retail and catering service duties throughout the year and in the summer as determined by operational needs of the Dining Services Department. |

Required SpecializedTraining/Certifications: | Valid drivers license (required for 12 month positions). Food Service Sanitation Certification (ServSafe or MI) or ability to obtain within six months from start of employment. |
Required Minimum Work Experience: | One year experience in a Barista concept retail store and/or retail restaurant which includes experience utilizing computerized cash registers and handling cash. |
