In this role you will be responsible for:
Defining the worldwide product assortment vision for Hardlines Private Brands in support of the organizations 10yr vision Build and elevate organization capabilities to define product development roadmaps and commercialize customerloved products Drive process efficiency to drive best in class speed to market Partner with technical teams to use emerging technology to scale support program strategies.

Scale mindset: Always looking for opportunities to drive scaled solutions and communicate directly with the expert teams such as design material and technical leaders. This is a fulltime position which may require domestic and international travel up to 25 of the time over the course of a year along with the physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform regular movements including sitting standing walking pushing pulling squatting bending and reaching.
12 years of product or program management product marketing business development or technology experience 6 years of team management experience Bachelors degree Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition Experience with end to end product delivery Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience engaging and influencing senior executives
