Hospice Team Director (RN)
A Hospice Team Director (RN) is needed in MiamiDade County.
Titan Placement Group invites you to explore an opportunity in MiamiDade County primarily known for its beautiful beaches particularly South Beach warm weather vibrant nightlife and distinct Art Deco architecture. Salary and Benefits
- The salary range is $85000 $125000 Bonus
- Paid Time Off: 3 Weeks

Responsibilities
- Monday Friday: 8am 5pm
- OnCall and Weekends as Necessary
- Field Inpatient and Nursing Home Positions Available
- Oversee recruitment onboarding education and performance management of clinical staff to support retention and highquality care.
- Manage budgeting productivity and vendor expenses while monitoring KPIs to ensure financial efficiency.
- Lead quality care delivery through scheduling documentation oversight complaint resolution and performance improvement initiatives.
- Actively participate in leadership committees and maintain clinical competency through licensure training and relevant experience.
Requirements
- Clear and Active License in the State of Florida
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- 3 Years of Nursing Experience Required
- Home Health Hospice or Skilled Nursing Experience Preferred
- Leadership Experience Strongly Preferred
- Bachelors Degree Strongly Preferred
- Travel Required to Homes and Facilities
