Job Description

The role of the Instructional Coach/Math Facilitator is to support and develop the math instruction as well as other instructional areas throughout the K8 school. The Instructional Coach/Math Facilitator works oneonone and in groups with teachers providing guidance training professional development and other resources as needed. Through observation targeted feedback modeling coplanning coteaching and debriefing the Instructional Coach/Math Facilitator works with the teacher(s) to focus on strategies for engaging students and improving their is a fulltime position schoolyear position and will require some days to be worked over the summer as opened in 1995 as one of the first Charter Schools in Massachusetts. As a K8 school our mission is to assist parents in their role as primary educators of their children by providing students with a classical academic education coupled with sound character development and community service.
