Amazon One Medical is hiring finance managers for multiple positions. Finance is critical to the success in our mission. We see the entire picture and are a cornerstone to driving the right investments maintaining controllership and distilling down the right stories to push our business forward.
The Finance Manager will be responsible for several important workstream as we drive the financial health investments and internal operations of One Medical. We are looking for leaders to support our external partnerships build our operations or Enterprise sales finance division or take on FP&A workstreams.
Key job responsibilities
Partner with the business team to develop longterm strategies and new initiatives to delight our customers
Partner with Business Intelligence Science and FinTech to implement data driven reporting and driverbased forecasting solutions.
Potentially lead:
Real Estate expansion strategy
Geography office and service level reporting
Reducing our CosttoServe
Ecosystem partnerships and negotiations
FP&A workstreams and mechanisms
5 years of tax finance or a related analytical field experience
BA or BS in Finance Accounting Business Economics or a highly analytical field (e.g. Engineering Math Computer Science) and 5 years of finance experience or Masters degree and 3 years of finance experience
MBA or CPA
Knowledge of SQL/ETL
6 years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data identifying the root cause and creating/implementing an escalation plan experience
6 years of solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models analysis and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g. financial savings operational improvements or customer benefits) experience
Experience working with largescale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL MS Access Essbase Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle SAP Lawson JD Edwards)
Experience delivering forecasting budgeting and variance analysis and data interpretation of results

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $85900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
